Louis Hotel Chengdu

Amazing infinity pool in room, room is clean and very spacious, especially for a solo traveler. I was completely relaxed after my stay here, definitely book it for a getaway weekend or birthday trip. Service is great, room had a separated toilet bidet and shower for cleanliness. Queen bed has two different kinds of pillows and mattress is soft yet firm. I would only add to bring your own bath slippers as these are not provided for the pool and shower. I’d recommend the hotel to add these especially with the pool usage, which would make the stay even more perfect.

The hotel is nice but I was a bit disappointed. I choose it for the infinity pool room. After one hour, we decided to give up to fill in the bathtub, the level had reached only the first step. The service is good and it's clean but the room is not well isolated. We could hear music from another room till 1 am...

Location is interesting. The room had a beautiful view - this was the best part. The hotel is located inside ibis the upper floors are the Louis. Do not expect anyone to speak english. Staff was pleasant.

We booked the infinity pool room with night view. Room was clean and staff were very responsive. Easy to communicate via WeChat. Our son loved the pool and looked forward to playing in it every night. Hotel has good facilities and ideally located to various tourist spots in Chengdu. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

❌ The bed has a faint cigarette smell even though I requested anti-smoke treatment and communicated that I'm particularly sensitive to smoke. Could be due to third-hand smoke which is understandably difficult to get rid off, BUT could still be prevented by making some rooms or one floor strictly smoke free. ❌ The provided two fluffy slippers are actually quite slippery in the elevated area. These aren't waterproof, and because the highlight of this hotel is the bathtub, I personally think It'd make sense to also provide two extra bath slippers that can be used in the shower as well as after bathing. 🟠 The bathrobes are fluffy and thick and would perhaps be more suitable for winter? Considering the baththub and current summer temperaturet, it might be convenient to switch to thinner, towel-like bath robes so that you can throw it on immediately after bathing. ✅ Clean bathtub and mirrors ✅ The whole experience with the tub was amazing. Controlling the water temperature was easy and I experienced no shortage of warm water, it flows out immediately. Bath salt was provided as well ✅ Actual usable television that provides entertainment: Can watch a lot of different content because there is VIP membership installed and you can broadcast all kinds of music. ✅ Pillows don't deflate: they provide actual support to your head. ✅ Can watch TV from the bathtub due to the mirrors ✅ Room looks exactly like the pictures and has the described amenities ✅ Walkable distance to metro ✅ Hair dryer actually has strong windflow and a sufficient hot setting. Girls with long hair rest assured. ✅ Good airco system & bidet toilet ✅ Blackout curtain drop ✅ Convenient communication via Wechat ✅ Rain shower & head shower. Hotel service is as good as the room very comfortable and relaxing. Service staff were always happy to help with our request. Hotel pictures and room is exactly the same. Will definitely come back here again

I had a wonderful stay here, everything were exactly like the pictures. The rooms were clean, staffs were helpful and overall a super pleasant experience. Will definitely be back again if I’m ever in Chengdu again. Highly recommend to everyone who is looking for an affordable yet luxurious stay!

had such a great experience here! The hotel is very well-located, just a short ride to Chunxi Road with lots of shops, restaurants and transport nearby. What impressed me the most was the service — every staff member was polite, attentive and went out of their way to help. Clean, comfortable and great value. Will definitely stay again!
