VIENNA International Hotel (Wide&Narrow Alley Kuixinglou Branch)

1. The room was clean and tidy. The only downside was a slight urine smell from the toilet, which is understandable in summer. I'd suggest putting an air freshener in the bathroom to address this detail. The bed was 2 meters and very comfortable. 2. The service was excellent. Originally, I only had breakfast for one person, but since I had an adult with me, they kindly gave us an extra breakfast voucher. 3. The location is quite good, close to Kuanzhai Alley and Kuaixing Building. It's not noisy, very quiet, and the room had a window. 4. The breakfast was incredibly rich and diverse, catering to different tastes. This is definitely worth praising!

Great value for money! The hotel was clean, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful. They even upgraded us for free to a Capybara family room. Thumbs up!

The front desk proactively upgraded us to a room with a balcony. It was clean, quiet, and the facilities felt quite new. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The nearby Kuidonglou Street and Jixiang Street have a great local vibe and are definitely worth exploring.

Great location, very close to Kuanzhai Alley. The room was comfortable and spotless, the shower was fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious. But what really stood out was the service – so warm and friendly, it felt like coming home. Absolutely incredible value for money. It's the perfect choice for anyone traveling, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The deluxe king room had an automatic toilet and automatic curtains. The service was excellent; all supplies were promptly replaced and replenished. The laundry room was incredibly popular, with long queues… thankfully, they offer an overnight service to help with laundry, which you can pick up in the morning. When I did my own laundry, I came back late and lost a sock… The breakfast was decent, with a wide variety of options and a good amount of food. The pillows were uncomfortable, making it difficult to fall asleep 😭

All the amenities in the room were in perfect working order; the air conditioning, lighting, and bathroom fixtures were all easy to use, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very restful night's sleep. Overall, the service was attentive and thoughtful, with attention to detail evident in every aspect. It's excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.
