I usually don't leave reviews, but... the only good thing about this hotel is its location. Otherwise, I would've just stayed at an Atour hotel. The nearby Atour was fully booked. This place is old and rundown, and the service is mediocre. Even though they knew I was traveling with a child, I had to ask for toiletries every single day for four days. The hygiene is questionable – I got bug bites on my legs and arms, which turned into dermatitis... disgusting 🤢

The facilities are complete and convenient to use. Not only are the gym and pool clean, but the room hygiene is also well-maintained, and the service is excellent. The surrounding environment is perfect for family activities and business trips. It's convenient for dining and shopping, just 50 meters from Chunxi Road. Taikoo Li is to the left, Tianfu Square is nearby to the right, and the Sichuan Science and Technology Museum and Chengdu Museum are also close, all about 600 meters from the hotel! I had a very satisfying stay and will visit again.

This was my first time visiting Chengdu, and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Chengdu City Centre. Overall, I was very satisfied. Although there were a few minor hiccups, the customer service was prompt and attentive, which made our stay very pleasant. They even upgraded us to a deluxe suite for free, considering we were staying for several nights, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for getting around; it's right next to a shopping mall, and close to all the major attractions in Chengdu. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, and they were very kid-friendly, not charging for children.

The hotel's location is excellent; Chunxi Road is just across the skybridge. It's very convenient to have the car drop you off directly at the lobby when you're heading out. The hotel is clean and the service is great. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and tastes delicious. I trust the InterContinental brand.

Room abit run down but still acceptable,breakfast choice is good but lack of staff to help guest to clear their use plates and cups...Overall happy with the stay..

The service was warm, attentive, and thorough. Our room was always clean, and the breakfast was excellent. Both the concierge and front desk staff were polite and professional. Housekeeping was very prompt in cleaning our room daily and restocking all the amenities.

Conveniently located near Chunxi Road shopping street with plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel is clean and the service is good. Although the decor is a bit dated, it's acceptable. Overall, it offers great value for money.

A very satisfying stay! We brought our child from Chongqing to Chengdu to see the giant pandas. Xiao Qin at the front desk and Xiao Yi from housekeeping were incredibly warm and attentive. When checking in, the front desk gave us direct bus tickets to the Panda Breeding Research Base, which was super convenient. The next morning at 8:30 AM, there was a bus right outside the hotel that took us directly there. Given the recent heatwave warning, they thoughtfully provided extra water, showing concern for our well-being. Due to our itinerary, on the third morning, we took our child to the Chengdu Museum, and afterwards, we planned to take them to Guanghan to see the Sanxingdui site. They proactively asked if we needed a late check-out or wanted to extend our stay, which really took the stress out of worrying about check-out times. The free panda bus tickets were a nice touch. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Wangfujing Mall, Chunxi Road, IFC, and Taikoo Li. Highly recommend! It will definitely be my first choice for future stays! I didn't take many photos, so I can only piece together what I have. The second picture is the hotel's second-floor afternoon tea and breakfast restaurant.

The excellent location in Chunxi Road, Chengdu, the superb service, and the spacious room are all incredibly satisfying. I absolutely love the Japanese-style design of the Crowne Plaza. The large bed and bunk bed in the room are perfect even for families with two children. All the switches in the room are manual, which is ideal for middle-aged families like ours who aren't keen on too many electronic controls – it truly won us over. The concierge responded promptly with excellent service, and the WeChat butler even followed up on our luggage shipment after check-out, which I'm very grateful for. If I have the chance to visit Chengdu again, I will definitely choose the Crowne Plaza Hotel!

Superb location - right in the middle of a busy area with shopping malls and music bars, lots of F&B. Very good breakfast. Hotel also offers free welcome drinks (premium coffee, juices, beer). Indoor swimming pool (18m) at Basement 2 floor. We bought a lot of seasonal fruits from a stall at the hotel lobby - similar to prices at supermarket, high quality fruits. Also an on site convenience shop and vending machine for amenities. Overall a very good stay. Plus - great customer service support by Ms Elaine (front office). We got a check out extended until 3pm.
