Our butler, Xingxing, was incredibly thoughtful. Before we even arrived, I had a lot of questions, and she answered them all very clearly. I had many packages delivered to the hotel in advance, but some were sent to other locations. Xingxing proactively helped me retrieve them and bring them to the hotel. The hotel was very comfortable, making for a wonderful trip.

Hotel is big easy to find. Room is good , bed and pillows so soft, shower hot and cold also a bath tub. Restaurant is big, so many seats. My fisrt choice next time.

Close to Wenshuyuan subway station, the room was comfortable and well-lit. There are many dining options in the surrounding snack street and commercial area. The hotel lobby has a dancing robot, which is quite entertaining. Breakfast offered a rich variety of choices.

I was very satisfied with my stay! The room was comfortable and pleasant, the surrounding area had convenient transportation and great food options, and the lobby even had robots delivering food and putting on shows. Excellent value for money!

The hotel's location is quite convenient, very close to Exit C of Wenshuyuan Metro Station. It seems to be an older hotel, so the facilities aren't very new. However, the room is quite spacious and roomy, so I didn't have to worry about large luggage. The overall service was good, they were very responsive to requests, and the room attendant would warmly check in daily and promptly resolve any issues. Overall, for the price, it offers great value for money! I do have one suggestion: breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, but at 6:30 AM, less than half of the breakfast items were out, and even by 6:50 AM, they still weren't all available. That was a bit disappointing!
