Rayfont Hotel Chengdu

was comparing the price across all platform and trip.com is the cheapest thus the booking. free upgrade to king room but its located right at the end of the corridor, no.20 and 19 is corner room for every floor dragging my luggage was hard thou. no bell boy service and make sure you stay at the correct hotel. No1 reason i book this room purely for the train service at the station and one of the cheapest. if i must say, WELL the air con for some reason its not really cooling or its not meant to be cool even after i set it at 20. the walls giving me a creepy feeling cos it has holes formation in it. prob the design i dont know man. i ask for non smoking room they prob treated the room and there was a pungent chemical smell? Anyway the counter staff ask for a review and persistently ask for it so yelps. There is no such thing as honest review anymore if everybody asking to review in return for something. dont bother buying things and keep in the fridge becos they dont have it. they dont provide disposable slippers too so yup.

Convenient location with great value! Located right across from Chengdudong (Chengdu East) Railway Station. If you are arriving from the underground level (via the train station, near Arrival Gate B4 or the Metro station), follow the signs toward East Square, Entrance 3, and the Bus/Coach Station. Take the long escalator up, turn right, and you will see a dedicated tunnel leading straight to the hotel complex. When leaving the hotel for the railway station simply use the street-level entrance, turn right and cross the road to reach the check-in area. As a sister property to the adjoining 5-star Longemont Hotel, the Rayfont Hotel exudes a similar high-quality hotel atmosphere and comfort. I was lucky to get upgraded to a corner room on the 28th floor. It was incredibly quiet, and offered expansive, distant views from both the bedroom and the bathroom windows. The bed was comfortable and the linens were spotlessly clean. I am highly satisfied with the price I paid - especially since staying here completely eliminated my morning commute to take the high speed train to Juizhaigou!

I feel pleased with front services that provided us. We reached earlier than check in timing but they lowered us to checked in early for rest. They even upgraded our room from no window to window view room. They also give welcome gift to us to make our day.Really recommended and the location is really strategic for those using their metro or high speed train.

Good location near high speed train to Chongqing. Wenfang and HongDan is very helpful. Need to let front desk know in advance if you have any parcel deliver to the hotel
