The service has improved compared to before, but the noise problem in the hotel is still very serious. The room above was making noise all night long and I was woken up many times at night. I hope the hotel can improve the serious noise problem.

The room was spacious, the bedding was spotless, and the overall cleanliness was excellent, providing a good basic experience. The front desk service was particularly commendable. The staff were proactive and enthusiastic, proactively inquiring about and addressing guests' needs, which greatly enhanced the overall experience. However, the hotel's dining service had significant shortcomings, with lunch being a particular issue: - Western cuisine: When ordering, I was told that due to takeout orders and other guests, the wait time for food was up to 40 minutes. - Chinese cuisine: The response was that due to group catering, they couldn't prepare meals for individual guests and recommended Western cuisine. Parking: Free parking coupons were available, but there was a lack of staff. Parking was difficult during meetings and was prone to short traffic jams.

I've always loved this hotel, but this time, the reading light wouldn't turn off. Shouldn't they have checked this before check-in? They had to fix the light at midnight, and there was no compensation or apology. Is this the kind of service you expect from a five-star hotel?
