The gym has yoga mats, and when I checked out, I realized I'd left my power bank. The front desk called me immediately and even helped me mail it back. There was construction right outside my window, and I wasn't informed beforehand. I was blasted awake bright and early. They didn't offer to switch me to a room on the opposite side, or even warn me so I could have chosen another hotel. The experience was terrible; I got no rest during my road trip. The room also smelled moldy. This is the worst Atour I've ever stayed at.
