The room was pretty good, though the front desk and rooms are in separate buildings. However, the staff will take you to your room after check-in. The room itself was nice, quite similar to the photos on Ctrip. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was quite generous, and there's free parking available. Great location, near Tianfu Square and the subway station. One station away from the iconic Chunxi road.
The reception worked good. Our shower broke, i sent a message in WeChat and they came to fixed it, when we were out. They usually responded within minutes.
But the cleaning is the weak point of this hotel. In 3 days, they never came to clean. We had trash and needed new towels, had to contact the reception to solve it. The brought towels bue never cleaned the room. The walls had stains and near the lavatory had trash from the previous guests.

This hotel is located right in the heart of Chengdu, very close to all the major hotels. The transportation is incredibly convenient, and the facilities are very comprehensive. It's also near Tianfu Square Metro Station, with direct access to many attractions on Lines 1 and 2, which is super handy. I highly recommend this hotel. This hotel located in the hyper center of Chengdu, nearby tianfu square! 😄We appreciated the fact the receptionists were aware of us, proposing to add us on wechat in case we need anything. 😀 Also , since we arrived earlier, they proposed to give us a better room because the one we booked wasn't ready yet and for free! 🫶🏼
About the room service, the cleaning lady was polite and smiling, and teaching her daughter the job (probably she was in vacation)
