The staff here are very friendly and they have washing facilities on the second floor, this is equipped with washing mashing, dryer and iron with ironing board. This was very useful while staying as I could clean and press my clothes. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the main shopping centre and not to far from the metro/train station.

Cleaned daily (please put the do not disturb on the door handle). Staff is nice. Tea and water available. Location is fine, I either used Didi or walked to the metro. Nothing much to say. Went to see the pandas which is easily done from the hotel.

The hotel's location is decent, but there's no delivery robot. There was a lot of dust on the table, making me wonder if the room hadn't been occupied for a while or simply wasn't cleaned. The walls were cracked, and the soundproofing of the windows was poor.
