房間乾淨衞生、老闆很好，因為外面太冷了我們的車又是晚點老闆就讓我們晚點退房還沒收我們延遲退房費。毛巾浴巾都是一次性的、特別贊避免了我們用別人之前用過的東西。

不衞生，與圖片不符，申請後兩天退款要收30%的違約金。這就算了，入住當晚回去房間門就沒辦法用密碼打開了，除了更換密碼想不到其他原因，不是打了報警電話根本進不去。第二天説申請給我100元補償，還要挾給五星好評，根本不是沖補償去的。想訂這家的謹慎吧

訂房的時候看到大部分都是1.5的床，選擇的影音大床房是1.8，是平層，不是躍層的。然後在平台、微信聯繫了房東要房號密碼沒理，我又打電話聯繫，也再次確認我要的是大床房，房東也説給我安排的是1.8的床，也沒給我説房號密碼，第二天還有半小時到發微信也沒回我房號密碼，我又打電話追問。結果晚上到了以後發現是躍層的，不是我訂的平層的，而且房間各種設施都比較差，樓梯鐵皮也是翻着的，空間大了空調製冷效果也很差，樓上睡很熱，拖鞋連穿也穿不進。再次聯繫了房東，房東説我同意要1.8的床，給我安排的是1.8的，我説我按照圖片上的訂的是平層，我不要躍層，起夜不方便，房東説沒辦法，沒得房換，要嘛就退房退款，而且態度極其無所謂。你要是沒有圖片上的平層房，我再三跟你通話的時候，你完全有機會跟我説，我也方便退了其他地方定，晚上我才到的，讓我哪裡去再定？溝通多次就是一句話，沒房換，要退就退。既然這麼無所謂，也無所謂差評吧
