The service was great, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, nice sized bathroom and shower. Let us keep our bags behind the desk during our last day. Nice patio in front of the hotel, and the location was so close to the park and the wide and narrow alleys. Room was a little small but would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Under the condition that I booked ordinary double bed rooms, I could only change one for free. If I wanted to change both rooms, I would have to pay extra. Fortunately, I didn't think it was noisy, so I spent the money for an ordinary bed room to stay in a refined double bed room. 2. The service is really good. Check-in was very smooth, and the room was upgraded directly without any request. After that, they did their best to help change rooms to meet the needs of the guests. I booked rooms on two platforms, but when the second order took effect, I forgot to check with the front desk. As a result, the front desk directly handled it for me. The service was first-class. I asked the room service for two more bottles of water on the first day of check-in. After staying for 4 consecutive days, I would get two more bottles of water every day when I returned to the hotel. It was very heartwarming. Unlike other hotels that tell you that they only provide two bottles a day. On the last day of check-out, the front desk manager took the initiative to send a small gift and asked for help to write a review. In fact, I would also write a good review if I didn't give me a small gift. 3. The hotel has a good location. The popular check-in place People's Park and the subway station are across the street. Kuixinglou Street in Kuanzhai Alley is about 15 minutes' walk, and Tianfu Square is less than 10 minutes' walk (it is super convenient to see the night view). But every time you take the subway or bus to go out or come back, you have to go around the two traffic lights before and after to get back to the hotel. This detour feels very tiring... But there is really no way. In short, the location is good, the service is good, and I think this hotel is very cost-effective~ Recommended to stay! If the rooms are tight during the peak season, it is recommended to book a deluxe king-size bed room directly. The ordinary king-size bed is really small! But if you are a college student couple traveling on a budget, or an elderly person staying, a king-size bed room is also OK.

Although it is next to the road and there is construction construction on the opposite road during the day, it does not affect your sleep at night.
