Intercontinental Hotel & Resorts accommodation in Chengdu

I took my child to a competition at Global Center before Labor Day, and为了convenience, we booked the Intercontinental Global Center. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere. The butler service is a major highlight; our butler, Diana, called us in advance to inquire about our room preferences and followed up on various services throughout our stay. This made the experience much smoother than blindly checking in ourselves. The themed room was fantastic [strong emoji], with bunk beds perfect for families with children. Overall, it was a great experience.

Had a great stay, the hotel service was meticulous and thoughtful. My dedicated butler, Anna, provided full service throughout my stay, addressing me politely by my surname. She even helped me prepare the invoice in advance, which was efficient and hassle-free. She also proactively asked if I needed a late check-out. Every detail was carefully considered, and the attention to detail was exceptional. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely choose this hotel again!
