This hotel is located along a bustling street with plenty of eateries, making it a convenient spot for food lovers. The front desk staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and even gave us a cute souvenir that added a personal touch to our stay. A thoughtful amenity is the washer located near the lift lobby, which is very handy for longer stays or guests who prefer to do their own laundry. The room itself was simple yet comfortable, with a cozy bed that ensured a good night’s rest. The bathroom stood out with its modern electronic toilet bowl, and the shower provided strong, stable warm water, which made freshening up a pleasure. My mom and I booked two rooms, and we found cockroaches in both. My husband and I were startled awake around 3 a.m. by a flying cockroach that landed on our bed. Being terrified of cockroaches, it took us over half an hour to kill it. My mom only found cockroaches shortly after entering the room, and thankfully it wasn't as scary. The bathroom exhaust fan was extremely loud, but it was fine once it was turned off.

As soon as I entered the room, I was strange why I put a fan. I didn’t respond until I turned on the central air conditioner. The air conditioner on a hot day was a display. It was not cooled at all. It was not good to reflect the attitude to the front desk. Although I still invited someone to repair it, I didn’t repair it. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room. The kind that does not work, there are many cockroaches, but fortunately it is quieter and hygienic.

We were traveling with children and the hotel upgraded the room type for us. There are two subway stations near the hotel, one is more than 400 meters away and the other is more than 600 meters away. They are very convenient. Although we are traveling with children in Chengdu, we always travel by subway, which is very convenient. The hotel service is very good. If the weather is hot, two extra bottles of water will be delivered to the room. The service of the lady at the front desk is very good. The only bad thing about it is the Wi-Fi. Haha, the Wi-Fi is not good at all. Even my kid’s iPad phone says it can’t connect to it and can’t be used. But other aspects are very good. Already recommended to my friends!
