Rezen Dong Hotels in Chengdu

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right in the city center and just a three-minute walk from Tianfu Square subway station. It's super easy to transfer to Chengdu East and Chengdu West railway stations from there. The hygiene was also good. Right next to the hotel are the Sichuan Science and Technology Museum and a museum. There are plenty of food options nearby, so you don't have to worry about where to eat at all. The front desk lady was very kind and helped me pick a quiet room, which was genuinely silent at night – I didn't even need earplugs! She also helped me buy discounted breakfast vouchers, which was great service. When I checked out, they even gave me some small snacks as a souvenir, which was a very thoughtful touch. The housekeeping auntie saw that my bottled water was finished and proactively gave me four more bottles, along with a sweet handwritten note. I was really touched. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again when I visit Chengdu.

We visited Wuhou Temple with my family this time, and this hotel's proximity to it is simply unbeatable. It's just a few minutes' walk from the entrance, saving us the hassle of commuting, which was fantastic. The staff provided excellent service; they always greeted us warmly whenever we came and went. What was particularly thoughtful was when they noticed we had elderly family members and proactively offered cool slippers. It truly felt like they genuinely cared about their guests. Our room was spotlessly clean, making our stay very reassuring. The environment was also wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, perfectly balanced between soft and firm. Even though we're used to our own beds at home, we felt no discomfort at all. We slept soundly through the night, waking up naturally refreshed and energetic enough to explore Wuhou Temple all day. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

The lake view room has beautiful scenery, the room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, the sofa and other living facilities are convenient and comfortable, the bathroom is separated into three parts, the staff is warm and thoughtful, the buffet breakfast is rich and delicious, and it is adjacent to Chengdu University, and the campus is also great!
