老闆人特別好，特意去門口接我們到酒店。房間可以看日出，住在四樓，睡眠質量格外好。離水邊很近，適合帶娃。老闆準備的早點特別豐盛，還很好吃，下次還來，一次意外好的住宿體驗。

民宿坐落於祿充風景區內，店內乾淨整潔停車方便，出門就能吃上豐富的美食。老闆娘漂亮對人很真誠，我原本網上訂的是山景房到店發現海景房實在是太漂亮了，睡在床上就能看到美麗的撫仙湖。老闆娘看懂了我的想法並主動給我換成了海景房，在這裏真誠的道一聲謝謝您！祝願你生意興隆，發發發，我會把您的真誠介紹給我的朋友們來店住宿。

雖然看不到湖，但是離湖邊特別的近，吃飯也很方便，老闆很熱心，早上還專門給我們做飯。停車也方便。

民宿在祿充風景區內，入住時進入景區同樣需要買門票15元/人，不過景區風景不錯，是看日出的好選擇。民宿位置不錯，離海邊很近，吹海風、看日出都方便。周邊吃飯的地方很多，民宿的房間不算大，但乾淨，床品舒適。

【客觀真實評價】【絕對五星好評】父母外出雲南旅遊近40天了，父母在祿充景區民宿水邊小築住的是最舒服最滿意的一次。父母老兩口乘車從玉溪前往祿充景區，還未到站，民宿老闆娘就在公交車站等候了，而且一等就是半個小時，到店後老闆娘和家人幫忙拿行李，詳細介紹周邊遊玩攻略，本來訂的是山景房，還幫助免費升級為海景房，民宿乾淨整潔，離湖邊很近，位置很好。老闆娘介紹隔壁的餐館，做的魚鮮美實惠，我父母一頓吃不完，特意幫助清燉、紅燒一魚兩吃，離店時，老闆娘和朋友共同送父母到公交車站，父母非常感動。父母年齡較大，還帶有行李，我作為兒子，在外很操心父母食宿及行程，父母住在水邊小築民宿感覺非常親切舒服，感覺很好。感謝小築老闆娘的照顧！祝福善良、有温度的老闆娘和家人生意興隆！這樣做生意一定會長長久久！

就在祿充撫仙湖旁邊，一定要定湖景房，太太太漂亮了，果斷續住了兩晚，房間裏就可以看湖景日出，太讚了，老闆娘人也實在，一家人都很友好，早餐是自己家做的米線，春節期間都沒有漲價，足見人品，推薦

房間乾淨整潔，熱水充足，我睡眠不好，結果還一覺睡到天亮。第一天到了比較晚，第二天從窗往外看，真的能看見海，小驚喜。離沙灘比較近，晚上可以唱歌，小朋友玩到不想走。特別值得一提的是，老闆娘熱情大方，早餐很美味，考慮周到，值得信賴！下次來還考慮住這裏，補上沒看的日出。
