衞生間漏水，一直有滴水聲；床底下有很多垃圾，衞生打掃馬虎；隔音效果也不好。

距離澄江汽車站約一公里，周邊餐館很多，商業發達。房間衞生條件好，有電熱毯。前台一直有人在。
