Grand Continent T Nagar

We had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the food was good. The breakfast spread was especially enjoyable with a nice variety each morning. We would also like to specially mention both receptionists, who were extremely polite, kind, and very helpful throughout our stay. Their warm and professional service truly made a difference and made us feel very welcome.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Continent, T Nagar. The location is perfect, very close to key spots, which made traveling around the city so convenient. The staff were genuinely friendly, kind, and helpful, which made the experience warm and welcoming. That said, cleanliness could be improved as we did encounter quite a lot of mosquitoes during our stay. However, overall the experience was pleasant, and we still enjoyed our time here. Would recommend for its great location and hospitality, with room for improvement in cleanliness.

This hotel is excellent, only my issue is the mosquitoes 🦟 through the washroom vent. If they install net. Thanks again. Kumar

Hotel staff is very helpful. The food is good specially my favorite dosa. Only issue I found is the bathroom in my room smells bad. They need to fix it.

Well we had a very unpleasant experience when we went to the hotel.Initially we had booked for 3 person and the room number was given.But we werent given the room that we booked and giving us a stroller to subtitute the bed as we had booked for 3 and not indicated in the booking about the stroller which was very heartbreaking for us. Then the manager...Archana so called manager said the room that we booked was not available as the guest has not checked out even though it is our check in time. She insisted us tò cancel our booking just like that at that moment.It was so unprofessional of her to show us someone else room where the guest were not in to show us how a stroller looks like. We have to incur additional costs and inconvenience by booking another hotel at that moment. Never never book this hotel in future.

Staff are very helpful.. and ready to help anytime .. who really came to shopping near t-nagar .. best place to stay .. all shops for shopping are walkable distance.. breakfast was delicious and served by person with smiles.. receptionist was given best service.. well trained staff are there .. given big applause for the team .. keep on doing ❤️

Very spacious and clean room. Staff were very supportive especially front desk staff and lady manager in restaurant.
