To be honest, everything was awesome. I liked how brightly lit the room is and it just makes it even cleaner and comfy. The staff are attentive and responsive, always ready to assist and serve.
The only misfortune was that insects gathered all over my closet wall on the 2nd day. However, the housekeeping team was swift to come over and clean the closet at 9pm when I reported it, changing my bedsheet as well and even offered me a change of room.
Overall, I would still choose this hotel the next time that I’m back in Chennai. They have the comfort and service nailed down and handles problem professionally with satisfactory response.

Our experience at Pullman Anna Salai was both pleasant and memorable. The hotel provided a comfortable and well-maintained environment, complemented by courteous and attentive service from the staff. The room was spacious. While the stay was largely positive, there was a minor unpleasant incident during dining. Nevertheless, the staff handled the situation with courtesy and professionalism, which we appreciate. Looking forward to stay again.

The Hotel is good but below competitors in it’s category. Hotel is very clean. Location could be better since Anna Salai is very crowded and congested road. I had a bad experience with service, especially the F&B team. The gym is okay but way under equipped vs other 5 stars hotel nearby. The Spa is super expensive and doesn’t even have steam or sauna… Breakfast and lunch / diner buffet are average, not many choices.

I had the best experience. The front office staff raj was helpful. I really had the best stay. There are many shops near by this hotel. Its actually in the city centre itself. Its convenient. If you need to leave to the airport make sure to add additional hour to beat the traffic

The hotel is newly renovated in January, so it's very cleanm modern and the design is nice. Staff are very friendly and service was good. Gym was nicely equipped as well!
