We stayed here from December 19-21, 2023. This is a beautiful hotel, well, really a castle! The grounds are very nice and there is even a Michelin rated restaurant located on the grounds. The rooms are big and well appointed. The staff are very helpful and friendly. This location is great as a base while exploring the nearby castles and chateaus, of which there are many. There is parking on the grounds, and also nearby places to dine and drink. One of the more unique locations we have stayed on our journeys.

The hotel is relatively remote. I booked a room for four people. There were two beds upstairs, but the ventilation was poor.

Stayed here only one night but it felt in need of a refresh in order to be a really nice Chateau hotel. I don't know if it is worth the price. Nice grounds with an infinity pool and beautiful gardens. The grounds are below the chateau. Located on a little traveled road a 5 minute walk from the main road along the Loire. The worn down aspect, though not severe, takes away from the luxury feel. Couldn't get WiFi in my room (#2). Another person couldn't get the key to work in the lock to leave her room, took her many minutes. It's a hefty walk into Amboise, more pleasant to walk along the back roads than the main road.

This was our favorite of all the places we stayed in France. The accommodations and service were above and beyond! We would definitely recommend this hotel ! The staff went to great lengths to make sure everything was perfect. The accommodations and grounds were amazing ! Perfect location.

dit hotel krijgr enkel een 4 sterren label vanwege het zwembad en michelin restaurant. Kamers te klein, geen frigo, ontbijt middelmatig... geen boiled eggs, geen bacon, geen toastbrood terwijl toaster er stond . Bistro ook middelmatig qua aanbieding gerechten.

i would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Loire Valley region of France. The location is perfect and close to Amboise. The grounds are beautiful and my children enjoyed the pool before our lovely dinner on the terrace. The location close to many Chateaus in the region can't be beat. Most importantly, the staff was beyond friendly and helpful, the room was super clean, and we had peaceful and quiet sleep.

Excellent séjour dans cet établissement : grand professionnalisme de l'accueil, confort des chambres et notamment de la literie, salons du rez-de-chaussée très agréables. Le petit plus : une belle balade dans le petit bois attenant au jardin de l'hôtel.
