L’accueil est très sympathique. Nous avons pu bénéficier de nos chambres dès l’arrivée et laisser les bagages le jour du départ.
Le repas du soir était bon mais un peu cher. La localisation doit compter…

Accueil sympathique par une équipe jeune. Belle salle avec nappe et serviettes en tissu. J’apprécie ce détail. Menu varié. Très bonne andouillette au Vouvray et croustillant de banane. Camembert chaud pour ma femme. Soirée un peu gâchée par Service un peu long.

La literie etait mauvaise.
On a eu l'impression de dormir avec nos voisins de chambre, entre un qui a ronflé toute la nuit et l'autre qui na aps arrêté daller et venir aux toilettes...insonorisation horrible, je nai pas dormi de la nuit

L'accueil chaleureux dès notre arrivée nous a tout-de-suite plu et ne s'est plus démenti. Le personnel est si attentionné et serviable ! Le point négatif a été l'internet d'une lenteur rare, au point d'en être frustrant.

Our room in Chenonceaux was lovely! There was lots of charm but it was still big enough for two! The people who work there were sweet, friendly and helpful. The only thing I wish was better was the wifi! It kept dropping off! But I would stay here again in a heart beat!

La chambre 208 est à rénover en urgence. La salle de bain est ridicule. Mon placard d'entrée est plus grand qu'elle. Les murs ne sont pas du tout insonorisés, pas de WiFi. Je déconseille fortement

Het hotel ligt dicht bij het kasteel, wat handig is. Tot 's avonds laat was er een zeer luid lawaai in het hotel, afkomstig van de keuken. De kamer was klein. Internet werkte niet goed. Voor het hotel waren er maar enkele parkeerplaatsen. Verderop (nabij het informatiebureau) waren er wel meer gratis parkeerplaatsen. De foto die het hotel toont is van het kasteel, niet van het hotel. Op drukke dagen kun je het kasteel van hieruit 's morgens vroeg bezoeken, en zo de drukte wat vermijden. Het mooiste zicht op het kasteel heb je 's avonds. Het kasteel is niet te zien zonder toegangsbewijs.
