Vienna Hotel Hotels in Chenzhou

The room was quite small. I booked a superior double room, but upon check-in, I discovered the two rooms weren't on the same floor. I asked if they could be combined, but the front desk said there was only one of this room type per floor (which could be considered a special offer room, as it's almost 100 yuan cheaper than a business double room). It wasn't shown on the website, so I had no choice but to accept it. Once in the room, the air conditioning was on for over an hour, but it wasn't cooling in either room. I contacted the front desk, and they said the air conditioning unit wasn't turned on. Does this mean this special offer room doesn't get air conditioning? The air conditioning stopped working again in the middle of the night, probably because the unit was turned off again. The hotel claims to have opened in 2025, but the toilet didn't look new; the toilet seat was crooked, and there were stains in the gaps. How could a newly opened hotel have this? The room had poor soundproofing; I could clearly hear the kids watching cartoons in the next room. Other items like the tabletops, tea bar, and sink looked clean. The breakfast selection was limited.

The little girl at the front desk is very warm, the service is in place, that is, when you are busy, you can't care about people, the room is very good, the health is very clean, the room configuration is quite complete, praise!

The room is clean and sanitary, the window is large and the view is good. The lady is very polite and will take the initiative to say hello when she meets. The lady at the front desk is even more warm and thoughtful. The breakfast rice noodles are delicious. The facilities are very complete and there is a washing machine. It was a very satisfactory stay. I will stay at this hotel again when I come to Yizhang next time!
