Overall, our stay was good. The apar**ent was clean, spacious, and had a kitchen. The reception staff was very friendly and spoke great English which was appreciated. 4 minutes from the port so convenient location as well. Just be advised that parking for check in is limited (They do offer parking once checked in). Only real complaint was that it was a little noisy with neighbors and traffic.

Great location and lovely rooms. Only negative thing to say is that there isn’t any air conditioning. But would still stay here again.

Conveniently located hotel with very helpful and friendly staff however we were a little disappointed by the condition of the room, the futon / sofa bed was very uncomfortable (poor mattress) and the carpet was very stained and needed replacement. Breakfast was also a bit of a disappoin**ent as the pastries were undercooked and the selection was poor given the price. Overall would stay again but it could be improved.

Great place to stay in the heart of the city. We booked our car into the safe carpark and were within easy walking distance od both a supermarket and the town centre. Lovely cafes and restaurants around too. The hotel was very comfortable abd staff cheery and helpful. Decent continental breakfast too

I have been staying here for 10 years, twice a year for business reasons. the hotel is generally clean and comfortable. after staying in room 115 this time, i was disappointed to see the shower doors gone. on reporting this, i was told they had fallen off, and not replaced. this made showering very difficult. the view out of the windows is of somebody elses apar**ent opposite. it is generally quiet. a good nights rest was had. the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen served its purpose. the staff are generally friendly, and a special mention of marion on reception. always smiling. the price has risen over the years, and did reflect good value, but i fell that the price doesn't reflect the level the hotel is at now. there is better out there for the same money, but if it is convenience you need, this is the place. i will return next year. thank you. i have also copied it in french, and hope it translates as it should. Je séjourne ici depuis 10 ans, deux fois par an pour des raisons professionnelles. l'hôtel est généralement propre et confortable. après avoir séjourné dans la chambre 115 cette fois-ci, j'ai été déçu de voir les portes de la douche disparues. en signalant cela, on m'a dit qu'ils étaient tombés et n'avaient pas été remplacés. cela rendait la douche très difficile. la vue par les fenêtres est celle de l'appartement de quelqu'un d'autre en face. c'est généralement calme. une bonne nuit de repos a été passée. les lits étaient confortables et la cuisine remplissait sa fonction. le personnel est globalement sympathique, et une mention spéciale de marion à la réception. toujours souriant. le prix a augmenté au fil des ans et reflète un bon rapport qualité-prix, mais j'ai pensé que le prix ne reflète pas le niveau actuel de l'hôtel. il y a mieux pour le même prix, mais si vous avez besoin de commodité, c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut. je reviendrai l'année prochaine. merci.

A brilliant find. Very comfortable accommodation, with kitchen facilities if you should need them. Staff were very helpful, storing our bikes undercover. I wouldn’t bother with the breakfast again, it’s only a short walk across the road to the Les Eleis centre where there are plenty of places to eat. Also recommend Wok Sun for the Chinese buffet.
