Great location. Comfortable beds. Bad Wi-Fi. Appreciate the all day coffee and tea service. Breakfast was good for a microtel. Arrived early but was told to check in at 3. Came back 3:12. Waited in a long time. Took 47 min.

Exactly what you expect from a micro motel: clean and inexpensive with comfortable beds. Far enough from town to be away from the bustle but close enough for a ten minute walk or three minute drive. Conveniently located next door to groceries, gas and fast food. Staff did a great job with everything clean and well stocked including breakfast. Several highly rated restaurants nearby plus fishing, hiking, river walk park, shops and entertainment.

Overall this hotel needs a face-lift. Front-desk staff was friendly during check-in & check-out process. I found it unsanitary & unprofessional for them to have a cat behind the front counter. (The breakfast area is only a few feet away). The elevator wreaked of cigarette smoke although it's a smoke-free facility. The wifi was super slow & the TV was a joke. All the channels available were blurry. The bed was very firm & uncomfortable. Thankfully I only booked one night.

My stay was pleasant and the bed slept very comfortable. Having a great breakfast was an added commodity. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Staff was extremely polite, rooms where way cleaner than expected. Only issue is you hear everything, neighboring rooms conversations, every door you hear open and shut, and the side entrances have key cards to enter the buildings that no longer work.

The toilet was dirty; to include: Unrine stains, fencickle matter left behind on the toilet handle and toilet basin area. BAD!

Wasnt a long stay but it was great for the shoet time we was there. Clean rooms and comfortable. Plus we had breakfast on the go, so was glad to see fruit to grab and go!

The staff was extremely curtious and very pleasant. The room however was very outdated, the remote to the tv was broken and I saw roaches. The door was already open and ajar when I arrived and only one key card worked. We were in town for the Polar Express train ride and the accomodations were suitable for an over night stay but I am not likely to stay there again.

Great place to stay for the night. Bed was comfy. Staff are friendly. Good service. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was tub had no stopper.
