My one word suggestion for all the fellow parents: don't go to this hotel with your kids. It is not at all a kid-friendly hotel. The price is quite high. You can easily book a good resort at this price. I booked this hotel as there are less options available. However, if you explore , you can find pretty good resorts there at affordable prices. Anyways, I was travelling with my 4 years old kid who got scared at night when there was a power cut. They falsely claim that they have power backup but in reality they just have a generator which they don't start at night and openly say,"this is Cherapunji, this is how it works here"'. Oh my poor child was traumatized with this incident. It was complete dark inside the room. There was not a single source of light. We were working with mobile torch while mosquitoes were biting us. It was also very humid and hot due to the weather. We requested the front desk but they were feeling too lazy to start the generator at 12 am. Food options were also very less. Nothing was available. Service was poor as well. Just the location from the hotel was good. Overall, a pathetic experience. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone, specifically people who are traveling with their kids should avoid this hotel.

I had stayed at this hotel couple of years before. It was a nice stay. This time too i had chosen this hotel. I chose this hotel as it is very clean and a decent restaurant. Perfect for family stay. Room service is also quite good. There is dormitory for drivers to stay free of cost if you are taking a rented car. Located a very beautiful place and quite close to cherrapunjee taxi stand, market and famous waterfalls noakalikah and seven sisters falls. I am rating it 4 stars and not 5 stars just because of one reason which may not be applicable everyday. The night i stayed, there was a heavy storm. I had taken a mountain facing room. Due to the storm and strong winds, the doors leading to bathroom and balcony were making lot of sound. I could not sleep well. It was so loud that it could easily scare a child. Otherwise the room is good. Well equipped with all basic amenities like geyser, electric kettle, fan, telephone, tv, room heater, soap, shampoo, tea and coffee sachets etc.

It was really wonderful stay for us. We didn't expect this. Nice hotel, nice hotel staff and everything is nice about this hotel.

A good place to stay with friends and family. Morning view of mountains is simply amazing hotel rooms and bathrooms are clean.

We had a stay for 1 night for standard rooms. It’s 4 floor hotel and no lifts are there, when I asked for lift they said it’s not allowed here 😝😝though caretaker lifts up our luggage to room. view was so awesome from the balcony. yaa it’s a good experience for us 🤟

The room was below average as it was full of cockroaches, staff was not at all cooperative. Asked for single poori in bfast instead of regular two nunber which u get in a plate they out rightly refused to give. Coackraches we’re a major turn down

The stay was good with a very nice mountain view. Location of the hotel is very good. Rooms were clean.

Bedsheets were dirty and there were insects. Main pint no life in the hotel and they cut off the intercom at night so if there is any issue you have to go down to connect with them. Also cockroaches in the room and the bathroom smells
