I’ve been a guest at many Marriott properties in the last 30 years. I’m not a business traveler, so it’s on my nickel nearly every night. This trip I arrived in Philadelphia at 5:45am. Had a terrible experience at Hertz getting my car, and thought to myself, I hope this isn’t a bad sign……. I pulled into the Residence Inn, and the Angel behind the counter that morning changed the day! Saved the day in fact, gave us early check-in at 7:45am. Knowing that this is at the discretion of the associate behind the desk, I cannot be any more grateful for this kind gesture. You have earned my lifetime gratitude to Marriott and Residence Inn, by this kindness! Thank you!!! I will be back to stay with you again soon. RP.
