Well I didn’t like how I was greeted, this was my first time at the place, the front desk just handed me my keys, I was confused because it’s two other building and I didn’t know which one, so he proceeded to say the number are big on the building. Ok 5minutes of walking slow because ice everywhere nothing shoveled so I’m was being cautious. Get to my room and it had garbage and the bed not made! So I go back to front desk the gave me another room. Now I’m tired and just want to relax. Ok get my bags in the room. I paid for a king bed and was put in a Queen. This room bathroom was dirty so I went out and brought my own cleaning supplies from Walmart because I didn’t want to go through nothing else. But my partner wasn’t happy so I brought it to theirs attention and they gave me a bigger room with the same size bed! I don’t think I’d come back or recommend this place. Especially not during winter and ice paths are throughout the property

I was very happy with my stay here for a weekend soccer tournament. The hotel is centrally located near the soccer tournament and Philly. I had a problem with my key and the staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was good as well with a variety of hot and cold foods. We also were able to do a team bonding in the breakfast area for dinner and did smores outside. The rooms are spacious and have a full size refrigerator and stove.

I’ve been a guest at many Marriott properties in the last 30 years. I’m not a business traveler, so it’s on my nickel nearly every night. This trip I arrived in Philadelphia at 5:45am. Had a terrible experience at Hertz getting my car, and thought to myself, I hope this isn’t a bad sign……. I pulled into the Residence Inn, and the Angel behind the counter that morning changed the day! Saved the day in fact, gave us early check-in at 7:45am. Knowing that this is at the discretion of the associate behind the desk, I cannot be any more grateful for this kind gesture. You have earned my lifetime gratitude to Marriott and Residence Inn, by this kindness! Thank you!!! I will be back to stay with you again soon. RP.

Reserved a king bed via ******* but facility had my reservation as a Queen. The nice receptionist upgraded us to a better room. However, a ROACH was on the refrigerator.

You know those reviews that you lament sharing because you have to be honest despite the staff being SUPER nice and helpful? This is one of those. This property is substandard at best. It’s basically off the Jersey Turnpike, you can insert every trope or joke about a hotel off the Jersey Turnpike and it would be accurate. The room was beat up, the furniture was dingy and dirty. One of the main reasons to choose a Residence Inn by Marriott is for the convenience of a kitchen, especially in the morning. I had brought my own coffee and filters only to discover that there was no coffee maker as they usually have, but one of those routine hotel coffee makers that uses those small prepackaged filter/pods. That’s a small thing, but indicative of how this property does not live up to the normal Residence Inn standards I expect and encounter.
