停車不免費 ，比較麻煩。 環境還算不錯，衞生條件一般，馬桶比較臟，忍一忍吧，地理位置不錯，挨着高街，挺好的

It was a family trip. Locality is wonderful, peaceful. Hotel is very beautiful. Very clean, tidy. All of the team members are willing to help. The receptionist Sameena welcome us with a big smile, she helped us by giving us a wonderful room with a great and wonderful view. Room was very clean, bed was comfy. Bedsheets and pillow and duvet covers were clean. Room was smelling fresh. Toilet was very clean also. Ideal hotel for vacation. There is a nice park nearby. I definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Rooms were well equipped had all things you needed. Location was great for us a quick getaway when we needed a time with the family. No hassle getting to the room unpack and settle down for a peaceful sleep during the night you've hoped for. Everything was good there was no any issues that we faced. I can recommend to others

Best nights sleep i had here than any other travelodge hotel i have been to rooms were up to the great standard everything was clean and was nothing to complain about it was like we had gone to stay in the classy hotels .... staffs were helpful to the point they had brought us the letter we had received up to the room incredible !!!

Hotel has improved since we last stayed at December in terms of cleanliness. The lady at the desk were welcoming, helped us with check it swiftly. It was a good stay

I have checking last night in Chertsey travelogue and found the hotel staff very welcoming and helpful. My room was really clean specially bathrooms. I had a great sleep and relax myself in entire stay. I need few things for myself in next morning like towel and dryer,the lady on reception name during e sateen helped me a lot regarding the above and guided me through the nearest restaurant and coffee shops. I would love to visit Chertsey travelogue again.

Absolutely awful hotel, I should have turned straight round and found somewhere else, but time restrictions would not allow this. Dirty, over priced, smelly and zero customer service. Don't bother paying for a quiet room, as they are not quiet. Unless you class barking dogs and domestic arguments at all hours quiet? However, if you wanted to get hold of a naughty cigarette, just linger around the fire exit and I'm sure you'd find one as the whole floor stank of it! Definitely will not be returning
