各方麪條件一般吧，還算乾淨，過一夜而已 比機場酒店安靜。。對面有加油站，門口的路段很容易堵車，趕飛機不建議住這裏

We had a lovely room overlooking the river. A very comfortable bed. This is like a 5 star bedroom. All the toiletries you could wish for . There was a walk in shower. The room had been Renovated recently. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful.

We stayed here for 2 nights - lovely stylish decor throughout . Friendly, professional, caring and efficient staff on reception , in the restaurant, in the bar and at breakfast . Room was very pleasant, a good size with lovely view over the river . Couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside . Food in the restaurant was tasty, good quality and well presented. Ample, free car-parking too. Just looking for a reason to revisit now !

Lovely refurbished room in the hotel wing. Amazing breakfast and dinner in the bar / restaurant. Friendly staff and no complaints. Just a hint, when you book in ask for a few car park barrier tokens to stop you keep having to ask. Amazing hotel, will continue booking here when visiting family in Chertsey

Just poped in for a couple of drinks. Great location by the Thames ,vert impressive bar ,great choice of drinks .real ale was perfect. Good service from a lady called Jan ,very friendly & cheerful. Our first visit ,it will certainly not be our last. Tim & Therese
