We weren't actually able to stay at this hotel because the woman working the front desk was very rude and combative, right off the bat, when we were trying to check in. I booked through a third-party and the credit card of the third party was being declined but, initially, the woman at the front desk just kept saying that my credit card was declined and that I had to figure it out. Even though I showed her that my credit card was not declined and the transaction had already gone through. The woman at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful and told me that I had to figure it out and then proceeded to try to help the customer behind me while I was still standing there trying to be helped and understand the situation. After I went back outside to call the third-party provider to see what I could do, the woman at the front desk called me and said that the card finally went through. When we came back in to check in (or at least we thought to check in), she proceeded to tell us that we could find somewhere else to stay because they don't let rude people stay at their hotel and that they only had two rooms left and would have them rented within the hour and that they didn't need our business. Very poor customer service and very rude employees. The service was on par with the the standard of hotel that this is....POOR.
