It was normal for a hotel. However, there was a slight vinegar-like smell in the room...
Tolworth itself is a bit far from central London, and the nearest train service seems to be suspended on weekends, so you'll need to take the bus.

Stayed 2 nights, what made this stay even better were the staff who were great. In particular Rachel on reception was outstanding, warm, welcoming and went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay, so helpful and a lovely warm smile. Parking also very convenient under hotel, impressed with free electric charging for our car, nice touch!

I travelled alone with my 2 year old and stayed here for 3 nights the staff were absolutely amazing especially thr gentlemen on housekeeping who recommended going to crystal park to see the dinosaurs for my little boy he loved it! Everyone made us feel so welcome and always got us a high chair and sat us close to breakfast buffet so I could always see my little boy when I was getting food. Thanks to Sangara and the lady (sorry didn't catch your name) who checked us in and helped with breakfast evey day

An excellent stay all round. Breakfast service was particularly impressive with a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Great service from Sangarapillai and everyone at the hotel. I will make this hotel my first choice if I need one in this area in future.

Clean room on the 7th floor. Quiet which I really needed. Professional team with a smile especially Mr. Sangarapillai in the restaurant. Always helpful and friendly to talk to. Will stay again.

Much improved! I’ve stayed here many times for work and in all honesty, it’s never been great however on this occasion, there was an improvement. Check in was straight forward and the room clean, what was nice was the warm welcome from Sangarapillai at breakfast, very welcoming and pleasant first thing in the morning and he was very attentive throughout breakfast. Fantastic service from him and much better than the usual rubbish - service like this makes the stay much more enjoyable thank you!

Having paid extra for their flex rate I paid for our stay in cash. However they also charged my debit card. A week later and still no refund. I’ve paid £152 for a £76 stay! I’ve rung their contact number over 18 times but no one answers the phone. I’ve been back twice and promised a refund yet still nothing.
