I gave a high rating based on the cleanliness and reasonable price. The property has been recently renovated and was an excellent value. The location was easy to get to off I-95 and there were several good restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and while the furnishings were spartan everything basic was provided.

I was pleasantly surprised. Will stay again. I stay in alot of hotels because of work this b one is in my permanent places to stay when I work a project close.

So very sad this place has great prices for the area. We had no smoke alarm in our smoking room and found thru the night that this room at some point was infested with roaches as we noticed a couple live ones

The people were nice. But the property was disgusting. There was piles of trash bags and trash around the doors and the dumpsters. The hallway was littered with trash. The bathroom looked like it wasnt cleaned. There was red stuff everywhere, on the toiler paper sink and in the tub. The towels were dirty and not just old stains. Actual dirt was on them. I dont know if theyre just undertstaffed or what. But this has been the worst hotel i have ever stayed at

The day i checked in a person overdosed outside the building.
The inside there was extremely worn and ripped carpet. The pool was shut down. There was no breakfast.

I had to leave the Hotel 15 minutes after arriving, the room, the bed, the shower, bathroom, and the small kitchen were dirty and with an unpleasant smell.... the room smelled of tobacco and cigarettes. I t was a terrible experience; I will never go back, and I do not recommend it. I made a complaint in the lobby and asked for a refund, they refused to do it.
