The staff is super nice. The breakfast had a few different options and it was good. However, The overall cleanliness/appearance of the hotel is kind of…..in need of a super heavy duty cleaning. Stains on walls, in rooms and halls, carpets, hand prints on windows in my room, it just wasn’t cleaned very well. Elevators were filthy and not swept or mopped. If I didn’t ask for more towels, and soap- I would not have had more. Housekeeping never came. I fact, I grabbed a box of tissues and toilet paper for my room from cart in hallway.
For a new hotel, you all really need to do a better job at cleaning the halls, rooms, windows and elevator. It shouldn’t have looked so dirty and dusty.

Very friendly front desk. Have a very good breakfast setup. Everything seems new. Has a small bar with a happy hour and fun bartender. Crackerbarrel next door for meals.

I liked that the bedroom and the sitting area were separated and it came with a sofa and desk. But the room and bathroom could have been cleaner. I could hear the guest loud music and footsteps above. It took 3 calls downstairs and one to customer service for it to end.

I had a great stay at your hotel.
It is the perfect 1/2 way point inbetween South Carolina and New Jersey.
I will definitely stay there on my next trip North in May.

The only problem we had was that we were missing bedding for the sofa. Also the trundle did not have a mattress. Other than that the visit was awesome.

The people in the next room had a toddler that screamed until 3am. Since I had to get up at 7 it made no sense to complain and to change rooms.
