Worst customer service. Ceiling leaking water from bathroom above around the light fixture in my room fecal material coming from the ceiling into my bathtub. Clogged toilets backing up into my room with fecal material and paper. Danielle the supposed manager pretended not to know her managers name. Or pronunciation of it. They never offered to switch me into a different room or at least send someone to see what the problem was. Refusing to give me my money back for the room. Pictures of the ceiling show that this must’ve been a problem going on a while because the ceiling has stains on it from being waterlogged.
