Mohammed Abdul was very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend this Embassy Suites In Valley Forge Highly!! I’ve stayed in the Embassy Suites a few times and every time the staff is courteous and helpful. It’s also conveniently located to Philly and surrounding area.

Abdul was very helpful at the front desk to get us settled into a nice room. All hotel staff were very friendly. We also ate at the restaurant, which was great and the food was moderately priced. The room itself was perfect as I traveled with my mother and we had technically two bedrooms (living room with queen bed and the king bedroom). The reason why I rated 4/5 is because I felt the rooms could have used a facelift. The A/C in the living room ran a little loud at night. Beds/bedding were extremely comfortable and felt high quality. Otherwise, this hotel is a really great pick. If there is a room configuration that works for you, I’m sure you’ll be happy.

Excellent! We loved Maria, who greeted us and checked us in. Very pleasant yet professional. We also loved Nancy, who did the cleanup at breakfast, and also Ben, our made to order breakfast chef. The entire staff made us feel very welcome, and their service was excellent. We will definitely return to this hotel. No hotel we have been to offers such an excellent breakfast. The room was clean and well furnished. Like a nice condo!

We arrived at 1pm on May 11 and they said we would be able to give us early check in at 1:30pm. We got to our room and it was 75° in the room. We turn the a/c on and tool a nap for a couple hours before the wedding We were going to when we woke up the a/c was not working and the room was still 75°. Went to the front desk and ask them to look at it and they had Wayne come to the room to look at it he said the unit was not working. Said he would need 1 hr to put a new one in so he put one in while we were at the wedding. We got back to the room and it was 68° we were able to turn it down to 65° and the room cooled off we were very happy that Wayne was able to fix it.

The hotel was very clean and very friendly front desk...the best part was it was an actual hot breakfast with bacon!!!! And the pool.was actually warm two things most hotels are lacking in...location was close to great restaurants and activities will definitely stay here again but you cant go wrong with embassy they are always amazing
