We stayed as we were attending a family funeral. Upon arrival we was greeted by a friendly receptionist who politely asked what has brought us to Chesterfield. They were very sympathetic once we told them. The following morning the same receptionist remembered why we was there and said they hoped all goes as well as expected, which we thought was very thoughtful under the circumstances. We have visited this hotel a couple of times in the last few months and never had a bad stay. Everyone is friendly rooms are always clean and bed comfy. I’m sure we will be staying again when we come visit more family. Thankyou to the receptionist for being caring and sympathetic.

Was booked into this hotel from my place of work. Car park is free and big enough for work vans. Reception team who checked us in great. Room clean and shower great after a busy day at work. Restaurant next door which is ideal after working all day and staff friendly. Even the housekeepers spoke when leaving for work and you don’t get that in many hotels. If I was visiting Chesterfield again with my family I would definitely choose to stay here.

Lovely stay for Easter weekend perfect little hotel with perfect staff , the kids loved the Easter treats left in the room The hotel is ideally located for getting around and has a large pub attached for breakfast and meals . It is also within walking distance of the football club .

Lovely easter break with the family. Great free parking with ample spaces. Staff friendly Sarah was great checking us in. Lovely touch off an easter gift for the kids in our room from Sharon and all the team. Restaurant next door was busy but expected on a bank holiday weekend. Our room was clean and cosy, a bit to cosy for a family off four, if staying for more than one night it might be an issue with space, but we managed for the one night. No air con in this hotel might be warm in the summer months.

Breakfast was in adjacent brewers fayre, found it very poor service, poor food presentation, and one morning we had not been booked in by the hotel , Owing to this we were given an ultimate on how long we were allowed to sit at the table . Wouldn't book this Premier Inn again

Who doesn’t love a Premier Inn, you know what you get when you book. Beds are the comfiest, showers great, and all you can eat breakfast and free for kids. All the staff we spoke to were great, Katie especially was very helpful. This hotel is in a great location close to lots off places to visit in the Peak District. Our family favourite is Chatsworth beautiful place.

Excellent service, they had road works near by and the receptionist called to say I would need to ask the workers to guide us into the entrance of the hotel. We were then greeted by a lovely lady asked if we managed to get through ok. On arrival to our room it was spacious and clean. The bed welcoming and comfortable as expected. Typical premier breakfast next morning but not the best we could have had. Overall we had a great stay.

Very easy to book, was met at reception by a very welcoming chap named Dan. He happily answered all our enquiries and offered local suggestions for food and attractions. The room was exactly what we had asked for, it was clean and tidy. We would definitely stay again

Very comfortable beds lovely welcome and very clean staff were all very helpful, will definitely stay here again and will recommend this hotel to my friends and family , easy to find and with lots of parking spaces close to shops and bars ....
