Assistant manager very rude. My family was sitting in the table area did not know they really classified as a restaurant. Nobody was in there. We were eating our own food and they kicked us out.. told us this was a Restaurant. I ask for policy or were was a sign. There wasn't one any saying this was a restaurant area. She insisted that we leave and actually told us that she never wanted us to use her hotel again. No common sense in Hospitality at all.. if there wasn't any tables left of course I would understood we need to get up to let them use the table, but there was nobody there. We stay at Marriott probably 15 times a year, but this will probably be the last time there is a lot more choices of hotels. I would use differently.

As soon as you walk through the doors a feeling of calm comes over you. From the wonderful fragrance to the music to the staff and surroundings you instantly get the feelings of peace and comfort. Absolutely the best stay we have had in a hotel overall!

Don't trust this hotel with keeping your personal belongings safe. I own that I left my overpriced ($300) brand new electric toothbrush in the room after I checked out, but they refuse to acknowledge that anything was left behind only hours after I left. Incredibly disappointed in the way this hotel handled this issue. They were basically dismissive and went so far as to blame the person who accompanied me, whom I've known my entire life and is the most honest person I know. Very disappointed.

The bed was TERRIBLE! We paid a lot to have a luxury experience and it was to say the least very uncomfortable. It felt like two “holes” were board into each side of the bed from repeat uses and not enough upkeep. Myself and my husband got up out of the bed early in the morning hours because our backs hurt so badly. I wanted to sleep in!
Then we got to walk around six flags after having a horrible nights sleep that we had to pay over $200 for lol
We should have honestly just stayed at the competition down the street for a little more money. I hate even having to leave this review because I’ve always used this hotel in the past. I’m not sure what happened since the last stay or maybe it was just bad luck with the room selection.
