We stayed two nights here and had a good stay. The hotel is clean and the staff is good. The location is very convenient with access to anything you would want in the St Louis area. There are lots of good restaurants nearby and it is a very safe area. The hotel has standard breakfast and laundry facilities as well as drinks and snacks. My biggest complaint is the thin walls. The room above us were loud until 1:00 am one night and you can hear every word the rooms next to you say. That is a building issue so not much management can do to correct that.

Great hotel. Loved cookies and water at check in. Breakfast was awesome. Rooms are being redone so in great shape. Did notice already a couple of stains on comforter.

The hotel staff is very nice and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are all renovated, which is nice. The reason I don’t rate it 5 stars isn’t to do with the hotel but rather corporate decisions. I will never understand why a hotel renovates and puts in flooring and furniture that will wear out quickly. Also, if you renovate, update your towels. It’s a small touch but it makes a big difference.

I had to stay in a hotel last night because my car is in the shop and I did not want to worry about getting to work on time . I chose Hampton Inn because of the location. It was great. I was able to check in and get my mobile key on their app and they texted me when my room was ready. My husband brought me to the Valley, so we watched the Chiefs game at 4 Hands and walked over to Arch Nemesis brewery. When he brought me back to the hotel, we were able to just go to my room and avoid the check in line. I walked him out to the car when he left and the person at the front desk was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and there were more than enough outlets for charging my phone and watch while straightening my hair. The lighting was great as well. I walked across the parking lot and had dinner at Brick House later in the evening and was pleasantly greeted when I walked back. The front desk attendant this morning was very nice and we cracked jokes about the weather. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I will definitely stay again.
