Had a great stay. Thanks he staff was super friendly and very professional! The pool was heated which was good. Breakfast hours needed to be longer. The hours were from 6-9, they should be longer (7-11). Each room needs to have bigger trash cans, after we put couple bottles in it, it was full. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and if we come back to Anderson we would definitely stay there again!

The room was clean but needed a DEEP cleaning of the rugs and bathroom. The beds were comfortable and clean. The free breakfast was good - scrambled eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, cold and hot cereal yogurt, and fruit with bagels and muffins. The only problem is that we needed sugar free syrup for the waffles and sugar free jelly.

Photos online do not reflect the condition of the hotel, from the outside it looks run down , the inside is slightly better but dated. When we first got to our room it was absolutely freezing the heat was completely shut off. The room took awhile to warm up , but eventually did. Paid for a king suite, since it had a hot tub in it. We werent able to use it as it looked stained and didnt appear to be clean. The room cleanliness was incredibly questionable, but we were tired and did not feel like searching the area for another room since we had already paid. I will not book a room here in the future.

since we arrived late/early morning in town for a funeral, the check-in was easy and the person on duty was very welcoming. the family had an opportunity to enjoy the indoor pool and the breakfast was wonderful. i would definitely stay here again. i only have this to say and it's not a deal breaker, but our room was not cleaned on Friday and more washcloths could be provided we only had 2 and i stated that there were children traveling with me but i always bring my own towels and they did provide us with more upon request. otherwise , it was a nice stay
