Spacious and very clean room with a massive comfy bed and the added bonus of a view over the water feature. Very quiet as well Dinner and breakfast were top notch too, plenty of choice and healthier options with attentive and friendly service.

This hotel certainly offers top quality rooms and public spaces, has visual appesl in a country village setting. While we got a smile from reception when we entered, and cleaning staff were friendly, we found the restaurant and bar staff English language difficult to understand. They also found it difficult to understand our requests at times. The dining here is more “fine dining” style and servings quite small. The price isn’t small. Breakfast was included in our room rate but the presentation was lacking and the quality ordinary. Eggshell in the poached eggs didn’t help. The room we had was brilliant, spacious with a king bed and a coffee pod machine. We always find the deep baths in English hotels difficult to enter, slippery and not easy the shower in. A dedicated shower would be nice. The hotel has great promise but let down by average food and wait staff.

Delightful hotel in the rural area of Bicester.
We were pleasantly greeted and the room was exceptionally clean and modern.
Lovey power shower and a comfortable bed with in-room amenities including a safe and a capsule coffee machine. The room itself overlooked a beautiful garden and lawn area.
Dining options looked nice with options for non-veg and vegetarians.
Bicester shopping village and the village centre is only 5 minutes away by car and, similarly, links to the M40 motorway.
All in all a great stay with tremendous customer care.

Took my wife and mum such a nice setting, and restaurant.. Food was good but the service was slow.. We had to ask them were one main had got to, person taking the order seemed like he was passing by and they grabbed him and gave him the job because the proper staff never showed up. This was my second visit and I would visit again..

We went for afternoon tea for my husband’s birthday. Lovely setting, close to Bicester village. Restaurant is very stylish, it was very quiet when we visited. Had a lovely afternoon tea with a good selection of food, selection of different teas served in a cast iron teapots. Nice afternoon.
