Hilton Garden Inn Chesterton

We stayed here on 6/21-23/26 (2 nights) in room 314. The hotel was easy to find, had plenty of parking and looked good outside and in all the public areas. They have a in house restaurant. Our room was good sized, clean quiet and the bed was comfortable. There was a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The internet was good. The bathroom was decent sized and had good counter space. Housekeep is only provided every 2 days so we did not use it It was about a 20 min. drive to Indiana Dunes NP visitor center. There is a Bob Evans restaurant within a 2 min walk. Breakfast was OK (pancakes were over cooked) to good(crab Benny, fruit, eggs over medium) but the kitchen was slow. There is coffee and hot water out 24 hours across from the front desk. Check in and out were fine. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel. Note: Because all the front parking areas have some degree of slant. loading and unloading with a luggage cart can be tricky.

We loved this hotel. Convenient for the National Park. Onsite bar and restaurant. Pool, hot tub, fitness center. Outdoor space. Clean. Friendly staff. We’d highly recommend.

Nice hotel, comfortable bed. No complimentary breakfast. The Kleenex in our room had just 1 tissue in it.

Broken toilet paper holder in the bathroom and the room was moderately clean-not what I have generally come to expect from this particular hotel brand. Attempted to use the gym and the peloton couldn’t be adjusted and neither of the treadmills were operable.

The room was outdated and it was in the basement by the pool. The smell of chlorine was overwhelming and the heater in the room made really loud noise which made it hard to sleep.

The room is very clean, and the bed is very comfy. We ate at the restaurant as well, and the food and staff were great!

Amazing! Very clean, comfortable and great service for the reasonable price. Hotel bar food and drinks were good and the staff was very friendly!

The hotel was beautiful and new. The issue was that we stayed 3 nights and our room was NEVER cleaned. We had to call the front desk and ask for towels and I emptied the garbage myself and had to ask for them to take it. All the old towels stayed in our bathroom.

The staff and hotel is nice, but the room and bathroom could use a deep cleaning.
