Great value for the price – the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and check-in was quick and easy

This was the second most best up place I’ve ever stayed at in the USA. No elevator and no rooms available on the first floor so my back hurts from carrying my super heavy suitcase up the stairs. It barely passed the test as somewhere I would sleep as it had clean sheets and most things appeared to be wiped down, but the floors (although uncarpeted which I greatly prefer as it avoids terrible odors etc)were pretty nasty with all kinds of smudges, scrapes, goobery stuff, the walls were disgusting and looked like they hadn’t been painted/refinished in decades, the hallways were disgusting carpet, the office chair had dozens of multicolored blotches, scratches etc etc…the list goes on. It was the cheapest hotel with ratings above 7.0 (it was right at 7.0) which is why I chose to stay there but I think I’d prefer to spend $25 more for a better hotel. I will mention that there was a huge dumpster in the parking lot which might mean they’re finally renovating something but my room was certainly not one of them as of yet.

Staff was amazing. Debbie was super friendly and helpful when I locked myself out.

Poor quality linens all around. SMELL everywhere!!! Furnishings are well worn. Room and hotel finishes in general are in poor shape. No morning snacks at least.

It was pet friendly which we needed, and the hostess at the desk was very friendly and helpful, but the towels were make up stained and very very old and worn. The toilet wobbled when you sat or stood up. The beds were hard as rocks and pillows were flat and not exactly inviting. Generally just needs an update and a refresh for cleanliness.

Fyi Location was great. Hotel is dirty, bathroom had hair and dirt in every corner. People friendly which was nice.

the stay was very great, don’t know why it’s rated so low, it’s a good place in a great location, worth the price

Great stay, friendly staff, comfort bed, in walking distance from everything you may need. When in the area I will stay again.
