I have never had a better experience in my life anywhere in my travels - the hotel is a 10 the food is a 10 the people are a 10 - the Lagoon is unreal most beautiful place I have ever seen in Mexico - you MUST stay here I promise you will be happy you listened to me !!!

THE PLACE IS VERY BEAUTIFUL
LACK OF FURNITURE LIKE UMBRELLA A WIDER AND SIMPLE MENU. LACK OF AMENITIES IN THE ROOMS SUCH AS ROOM SERVICE, COFFEE, THE BREAKFAST MENU THAT IS INCLUDED IS VERY POOR AND THEY CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING.

Such a gorgeous resort. The Bungalows are impeccably done. The food was out of this world. My friend is a chef and vetted the food so I knew it was going to be good. This resort is about 5 hrs from Cancun airport and is paradise when you arrive. The color of the lagoon is spellbinding. Would highly recommend!
