It is a very nice, ecological hotel but with the necessary basic amenities. The lagoon is beautiful.
My only complaint would be that without mentioning it anywhere before booking, they charge you an extra $500 pesos if you bring a pet. As a customer, I think it is important to have this information before booking because there are also no cancellations.
Another point to consider is that the included breakfast is only bread, coffee and fruit, to complement it you have to order à la carte

Very nice, natural, very friendly and attentive staff. The only low point is getting to it, the road has many holes and is dirt, the cars get stuck in the mud.

They made our stay inconvenient said they would refund extra charges for an extra room we did not even use. They said ******* would refund and nothing after a month. Food was horrible. Plus, the manager was rude. Do not waste your money or time staying here.
