It was raining during our stay and part of the parking lot is gravel so it was muddy. The lobby and hall was dirty due to it being a place that construction workers stay. Our room was clean and the shower was great!

The room was pretty clean and spacious,the staff was super friendly.
The bathroom door had a hole in it that someone tried to 'repair' by glueing popsicle sticks over the hole. The door was thin cardboard and probably would have been cheaper and looked better if they would replace the entire door instead of a very bad fix that cheapens the room itself, especially when paying for the king suite.

A/C unit didn’t work. 30 degrees that day

People at desk were lovely, room was spotless. The only problem was that the air conditioner never cooled the room down. They probably should have turned the air on in the morning given it was 32 degrees that day. We checked in at 6 pm and slept without any covers because the room was so hot. I’d still stay there again, I’d just go early to turn on the air!
