The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and didn’t have any weird odors like some hotels may have. The location wasn’t my favorite since there wasn’t to many restaurants or scenery to really view but overall I enjoyed my stay here and would book again if heading back this way!

My car broke down, I was stranded, called the hotel and explained my situation, they said they would make an exception to the non refund and it would be taken care of. Nope I have the charge on my credit card to to top it they send me a survey

We were on the second floor. The window faced the north and the hotel was located next to an interstate, the semi trucks were pretty loud and noisy. The wind was blowing and the window couldn’t close properly. The wind howled through that improperly closed window as well. The bathroom linoleum was worn and the floor was warped. The breakfast was great!

Road conditions forced us to return to Cheyenne and get a hotel, AND to extend that stay for an extra24 hours. Thank goodness the staff and property were so welcoming, competent, helpful, clean, and accommodating!

No complaints other than breakfast ending at 9, it would be really nice if they could extend it to 10 since check out is at 11.

We arrived & the computers were down so we did not get a key to our room right away. They did upgrade us to a suite. The couch & chair in the suite were very uncomfortable. The couch fold away seemed to be broke.
The bed was very firm so we did not sleep the best. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.
