This hotel is lovely! The rooms are well appointed and the beds were the most comfortable in all the places I stayed in Cambodia ((6!). The pool was relaxing and cool. The food and drinks were very good. Service was top notch. We really enjoyed our kayaking trip in Kratie, arranged by the hotel (taxi was expensive!). We were able to see some Awati dolphins! The view over the Mykong was gorgeous. I look forward to returning one day!

Difficile de ne pas tomber sous le charme de cette bâtisse coloniale , au bord du Mékong . Bien restaurée, avec de vastes chambres , plutôt des suites , une belle piscine . Un service extrêmement attentionné. Dîner assez simple , mais bon . Un havre de paix où on a un vrai plaisir à se ressourcer . Cela fait oublier de petits dysfonctionnements .

La struttura dell’hotel è una villa coloniale ristrutturata e arredata con particolari dell’epoca. Bella la vista sul Mekong, la piscina, le camere ampie e pulite. Anche il ristorante e la colazione sono di buon livello. Il problema è la carenza di personale che forza poche persone a prendersi in carico reception, bar e ristorante contemporaneamente ed inevitabilmente creando confusione come ad esempio capi mancanti alla restituzione della laundry bag. An absolutely stunning building, saved from years of neglect and restored to its former glory. Lovely garden and views over the Mekong. However, I think the owners need to learn more about running a hotel. There were very few staff, with only one girl who seemed to know what she was doing. Rooms look lovely but the pillows are stained and towels no longer as white as they should be. There seemed to be no way of getting laundry done and never anyone in reception to ask. Shame.

I had a horrible stay at this hotel, Staff was super racist, and have never experienced this kind of thing in Cambodia, they didn't even have our room ready and wanted to have us stay on old dirty mattresses. I will never go here again and will never recommend anyone to go here.

J’ai passé 5 jours de rêve au Relais de Chlong. Le bâtiment et son jardin sont magnifiques. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et aménagée avec goût. Le personnel est très professionnel, attentif et d’une extrême gentillesse. La cuisine est délicieuse et je me suis régalée à chaque repas. Je reviendrai en famille avec un immense plaisir.
