Struttura comoda anche se un po datata,buona la cucina ma molto scarsi i servizi con personale poco professionale e peggiorata rispetto al passato avendo frequentato questo hotel altre volte si puo notare la differenza ..........La location merita molta piu attenzione

Struttura vecchia, personale scortese , cibo pessimo. unica nota positiva , la pulizia. Sottolineo la maleducazione del personale e la scarsissima colazione con cappuccino e caffè non inclusi nel prezzo.camera con bagno senza doccia assurdo.

Fa veramente schifo, lo staff non porta rispetto addirittura manda a quel paese i clienti, cibo bassa qualità e le salse scadute.Almeno è pulito.Ci sono venuto con la scuola e non è stata la migliore delle esperienze che abbiamo fatto.noi non saremo stati i migliori ma non abbiamo esagerato

Non capisco chi mettere tre stelle e poi riconosce appieno i pregi di questo hotel. Io ne metto cinque perché non solo rispetta le caratteristiche di un hotel tre stelle, ma offre in più una pulizia eccellente. Cortesia dello staff, parcheggio a 5 metri, terme sensoriali a 50 metri. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Per essere un 3 stelle va bene così, ma potrebbero sicuramente fare di più. La struttura non è nulla di che in termini di “bellezza” ma si fanno notare, la pulizia, la gentilezza e l’efficenza dello staff. Abbiamo avuto un problema in camera risolto in pochi minuti. Camera calda e accogliente. Colazione buona e varia. Bagno di dimensioni discrete. Parcheggio a pochi metri dall’ ingresso dell’Hotel.

Abbiamo alloggiato una settimana con pensione completa e ci siamo trovati benissimo sotto ogni aspetto. Personale cordiale e attento alle esigenze dei clienti, camere pulitissime, cibo ottimo con molta varietà ad ogni pasto. Ci siamo sentiti praticamente a casa.

Sembra da fuori un piccolo alberghetto a Chianciano terme, dove la stragrande maggioranza degli alberghi ha chiuso definitivamente. Avevamo timore a prenotare e invece ci siamo dovuti ricredere! La cucina portata avanti con competenza ed estrema bravura dalla mamma Carmela ,che riesce a fare piatti semplici ma estremamente buoni. Per la colazione Carmela si alza alle 5 del mattino per preparare le torte che sono davvero insuperabili,genuine e degne di una pasticceria. Le figlie guidano con estrema professionalità e bravura la conduzione dell'hotel. Le stanze sono pulite, e sia la donna delle pulizie sia la cameriera che serve ai tavoli sono cortesi e sanno come si fa il proprio lavoro. Peccato per il parcheggio, ma si risolve facilmente con posti a pochi metri con strisce bianche. Continuate così complimenti davvero!!! Il prossimo anno voglio tornare sono stata troppo bene!!!!
