Well-kept hotel in a very quiet area, Mrs. Sandra very kind, definitely a comfortable place close to everything. The structure also has a very convenient car park for unloading and loading luggage.

Con un gruppo di 51 persone, soci del CAI, abbiamo soggiornato presso il Santa Caterina dal 7 al 14 ottobre 2023 per fare del trekking nella splendida val d'Orcia Devo dire che a volte ho trovato strutture con personale gentile e disponibile, altre con camere confortevoli ed altre con un'ottima cucina , ma mai tutte queste cose insieme. Esperienza eccezionale, come la cucina, tutta curatissima e con piatti della tradizione toscana. I titolari hanno fatto di tutto per agevolarci sotto ogni aspetto, dal ritiro dei bagagli all'arrivo con il loro pulmino e la consegna direttamente nella hall, fino alla partenza, portando i nostri bagagli direttamente al pullman. Esperienza che mi sento di consigliare, e che spero, assieme ai soci, di poter ripetere.

The very clean room with original 70s furniture in good condition and functional, very comfortable bed, very clean bathroom, wide shower without problems with rubenettes, clean and soft handcuffs and fabrics, There is no air conditioning but there is a pale, silent and efficient ventilation at the ceiling. Breakfast served in a comfortable room, there was a variety of sweets made at home, cakes, crowns, coughs and cookies, the manager follows breakfast by preparing cappuccinos and coffee etc ... What to say, we spent a beautiful week in half-pension, the hotel has a few years but it is well maintained, the staff is very kind, ready to give tips on the places to visit and have a great kitchen, Every evening they have offered us excellent dishes, with generous portions, Chianciano does not offer great things now the terms are out, but the surroundings are really beautiful: Montepulciano, Pienza, San Quirico, and so much more, Even driving on those roads in the Tuscan hills helps the soul, I hope to return soon to these magical places, and above all to the ”Martini”.
