The shower had almost no water coming out of it which was annoying.

The only great thing about this hotel is it is opposite Bus Terminal 2 and 3. You can see the bus terminals from the ground floor if the hotel. The Room at a glance appears clean but upon closer inspection, the white bedding is dirty and stained. Even if it was washed, it still looked dirty. The toilet seat was loose. The first time the tap water ran it was brown and became clear shortly thereafter. I remained there for less than an hour before deciding to return the key. Also I did not see any mentionof a deposit required but upon arrival I was asked for a 200 baht deposit, which was returned when I gave back the key.

Awesome services polite and very helpful

The counter doesn't understand English and will ask you for a 200 deposit. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the shopping mall. Just outside the door is the passenger terminal. You can come here the day before going to Pai County.

The main thing is that the location is located next to Acarde Terminal. If you want to go to other counties and cities such as Sukhota, Chianrai, Mae Hong Son, and Pai County, C Trip has the only option to choose from. Otherwise, you have to use other apps to book. There is air conditioning, a little tidying up, no refrigerator, kettle, elevator, a deposit of 200, the counter staff can only communicate in Thai using a translation app, the faucet leaks~ For bus transfer, this is the only place on Ctrip⋯

Comfortable, fairly spacious room, good and friendly service, overall good.

Sky's House accommodation is next to Chiang Mai Bus Station (Arcade). Convenient transportation. There is a shuttle bus in front. There are restaurants near the accommodation. Inside the room there are facilities such as water heater, air conditioner, TV, hair dryer, wifi, clean rooms, very cute price.

Good. The hotel is in the city. Good view. Going everywhere is close. I'll come again.

Clean room, convenient transportation, can walk to the Arcade bus station. Price is not expensive.
