Highly recommend this new hotel. Everything is great, from room , to pool, to breakfast to sky bar. We will definitely be back if we visit ChiangMai again!

Stayed 4 nights and the room is nicely renovated but the AC is too noisy and couldn’t sleep well, informed the front desk and the bell staffs to send someone to fix it and I was told that the engineer says is nothing wrong with the AC. At Breakfast, they serve cold fried egg on the buffet tray. Tried to ask for a hot one from the cook and she seems doesn’ happy. Overall I would give a thumbs up for the beautiful hotel and friendly and helpful bell staffs.

Will stay again when visit next time. Staff gone above and beyond to accommodate.

The room design is very fashionable. Staff have very good service and are super enthusiastic. It is very close to the ancient city and night market, about 10 minutes.

The room is very very good but quite small. The bed and pillow is the bed so I slept so deep. Very clean and good service too!

The hotel service is very good. It is very close to Chiang Mai night market and there are many delicious food nearby.

The faucet in the shower room was broken, and it was quickly fixed after I reported it. However, the service at the front desk was a bit poor. The so-called person in charge asked the front desk to borrow an umbrella when it rained heavily, but he directly replied that there was no umbrella left, and he didn't even check whether there were spare umbrellas in the warehouse. It was a bit bad. Should the guests staying in the hotel rest and not go out? It was not friendly at all. The breakfast was not bad, not as bad as the food.

It's super good, especially there is a Thai massage and a Chinese restaurant downstairs. Whether it's the hotel environment or the convenient consumption, it's super good

The hotel was renovated by Meiping. Although the surroundings are old, it feels like a paradise when you walk into the hotel. The waiters inside are very polite. They hold umbrellas, open car doors, and carry luggage very quickly. The room is also very good. It is worth recommending.

The experience was very good. The service was also very good. I like the daily classes in the gym. Teresa Teng visited and the explanation was very comprehensive and nice.
