Very nice for family stay. Beautiful views and very clean

Booked two rooms, not bad. It has good sound insulation, a large area, water and disposable items. It costs 200 baht to take a taxi from the old town. A couple stayed there for a month, but the children are older. The game facilities are suitable for kindergarten and primary school.

Thank you 🥳 Facilities: To be honest: The air conditioner in the room was too noisy😭It was really torture for me, I stayed up for five nights😭. The air conditioner kept blowing on me in the bed I slept on. The last night was so unbearable that I slept without the air conditioner, but luckily it wasn't too hot when I slept. I hope the boss can replace the air conditioner with a new one😝. I don't like the decoration style in the room, I still like modern style😝.

It was great. I regretted not staying longer. We booked to stay for three days. The location of the hotel is not an advantage, but the service was great. The hotel is more than 10 years old, but it is well maintained. It can be seen that the owner runs the hotel with care. The waiters in the hotel are very nice, polite, enthusiastic and friendly. Every time I come back to the hotel, I feel like home. We are 2 adults and 2 children. We booked three breakfasts. It was enough for 4 people. There was always leftovers. The waiter would give the remaining bread to my child every time and let him feed the fish. The child was very happy. The hotel room is large enough. I found it with 4 beds with two children. It is especially suitable for family travel. It is spacious and comfortable. There are two swimming pools with different depths for adults and children. The children had a lot of fun, but the water is a bit cold in the morning and evening, so it is suitable for swimming at noon. Hygiene truly realizes the freedom of bare feet, the children are very happy, the bed is very comfortable, the floor is very clean, and it is enough

Stay in the Orchid Villa, with front and rear platforms, independent cloakroom, and spacious bathroom. Very clean and comfortable, but the air conditioner blowing directly to the head of the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The hotel garden is beautiful and tidy, with clever layout and well-organized outdoor leisure spaces. Every day you wake up to the fragrance of flowers and the chirping of birds. There are two clean outdoor swimming pools and a large children's play space, which is very suitable for walking children. The best thing is the staff, they are polite and friendly, making you feel at home. I caught a cold in the last two days. The boss Nat was very concerned about me and helped me find medicine and gave suggestions and help. Thank you very much. The location is a bit far from the ancient city and Ningman Road, so it won't affect surrounding travel. It was a great experience staying here for 7 days. I will choose to stay here again next time.

Since we were traveling with children, the hotel had a park and two pools where the children could play in a safe environment, so adults could also relax and feel like they were at a resort. It's great for families. The owner was very kind and willing to help me with anything. If you have any questions or concerns about where you want to go, they will help you in English. The food was also delicious.

The hotel does not provide slippers and mosquito coils. There are mosquitoes in the room. The breakfast is okay.

A gem outside of town, a great escape from the busy tourist areas. My son and I enjoyed the peace and warm family atmosphere. By the end of our stay, felt like family. Can’t wait to go back! Budget for grab into town, about 150 baht each way. Totally worth it to have some true rest and relaxation in Chiang Mai.

The hotel is close to the town and features seven villas in a beautiful garden with a nice pool. Our kids enjoyed running around and playing a lot. The staff are extremely nice and the service was amazing, Nat the owner went the extra mile always to help us and provide us with everything needed. A fantastic experience, recommended by our family to all.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Oriental Siam Resort. It is located a bit away from the city center, but that was our choice. You can easily get a Bolt or Grab (similar to Uber) and be in the city center for a minimal price. We wanted a place where our 2- and 3-year-old children could stretch their legs, stomp their feet, run around, and be free to raise their voices. Thus, we chose the Jasmine Honeymoon suite. The interior of the room is a bit dated, but acceptable and with enough space which is key for families. The grounds are very clean and the pool, even though a bit small, more than suffices for young children. The breakfast selection is small, but delicious and delighted my family. The owner, Nat, is very accommodating, answers emails and meets and greets your family whenever she sees you. The manger, Kobe, is a gift to the hotel. He speaks so many languages, is attentive to your needs and will offer advice on your day trips. He is not trying to make money from your stay as evidenced by his affirmation of me renting a car. Although I decided against it and used his recommendation which was a very comfortable choice. He seems to genuinely care about his job and your happiness. The young staff serving breakfast are charming and play with kids, are friendly and the entire staff make you feel at home. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and some are already trying to follow our itinerary with this resort being their home away from home. If you are coming to Chiang Mai, look no further than Oriental Siam Resort for a relaxing stay.

Visited with family, great and relaxing atmosphere. The resort is clean and the flora was beautiful, rooms were cleaned properly and were modern but still had a traditional Thai feeling with beautiful wooden carved furniture. Swimming pool was clean. The staff was incredibly helpful with making sure we saw all the highlights that Chiang Mai had to offer, as we came without a plan. Breakfast was delicious and the resort offers dinner options on days we didn’t feel like going out. Overall a wonderful experience for me and my family, we’ll be coming back.
